Angela Keeton, Mezzo-soprano, is a graduate of Indiana University's School of Music with both a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Vocal Music Performance.

She has appeared in performances with The Minnesota Opera, Lake George Opera, Brevard Music Center, Minnesota Orchestra, Minnesota Bach Society, Indianapolis Symphony, and Indiana University’s Opera Theater. Ms. Keeton has also received prizes in the Metropolitan Opera National Council District Auditions, the Palm Beach Opera Vocal Competition and the Florida Grand Opera Vocal Competition.

This fall, Ms. Keeton will make her main stage debut with Indianapolis Opera as Mercedes in Carmen. In the spring of 2007 she will be joining the Indianapolis Opera’s Ensemble as an apprentice artist.
