Ben Newmark always knew that he would spend his life as an entertainer. He starred as "David" in the smash hit WEST BANK STORY. Not only was it a big hit at the Sundance Film Festival, and the HBO Comedy Film Festival, but it went on to win the best award of all...an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film on February 25, 2007! Ben was honored to represent this film on the "red carpet" as one of the stars of "WEST BANK STORY" at the Dubai Film Festival in December, 2005.

Ben's recent TV credits include The Division, Days of Our Lives, and staring as "Ben", Will's son, in the final episode of Will & Grace (2006). Ben is currently working along with his brother, Dan Newmark, as Creator and Co-Executive Producer of "The Wilton", coming to the CW in 2008. (Please read the article above from VARIETY Magazine.) Ben Newmark has just completed working on a role in his first full length feature film-- "Ironman"-- starring Robert Downey Jr, and Gwyneth Paltrow.                                                 

His theater work includes lead roles in Guys and Dolls, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Music Man, and Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream.
