J. Schneider

J. Schneider, a 2002 graduate of Parkway Central Senior High School, is currently a junior at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts pursuing a B.A. in Cinema Studies, with a minor in Producing. He also trained at NYU's B.F.A. acting program with Atlantic Theatre Company Acting School.

J performed in NYU's Graduate Writing Program's workshop of the new musical, "The Yellow Wood." He assisted at Off-Broadway's Barrow St. Theatre and 2005's Tribeca Film Festival. J has performed in ensemble, leading and featured roles in nearly 30 productions of St. Louis theatre with Spotlight Productions, Clayton Community Theatre, Bravo Theatre Group, Curtain Call Repertoire, Theatre Guild of Webster Groves, Characters & Co., and the '02 ITS All-State musical, "The Who's Tommy," as Uncle Ernie.

J. has spent nearly six years studying voice with Sheila Dugan who has been an extremely positive influence. He also studied acting with Bill Grivna and Kurt Knoedelseder.
